When sold openly, nachos are taken fresh from the nacho warmer. But of course it doesn't work without your favorite dip. Cheese, salsa, curry, sweet chili, BBQ or sour cream dip can be filled directly into the nacho bowl or into a separate dip bowl. There is special equipment for portioning nachos. When it comes to dispensers for dips, a distinction is made between dispensers (portioning at the push of a button) and pumps (portioning manually). The PCO Group sells a large selection of professional devices from renowned manufacturers: for example, cheese dispensers with three-stage portioning options, into which one or two foil bags with cheese dip can be inserted and heated. The cheese sauce, on the other hand, is poured directly into the cheese warmer pump, heated and portioned manually. There are also special dip dispensers for salsa and sour cream dips that are not heated - for foil bags and with an electric pump - or a dip container with a salsa pump.
